Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders of HapHug LLC are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Our standard shipping term is 1-2 business days for processing your order, with additional delivery times varying based on your location within the USA.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's progress via the USPS website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to maintain our shipping schedules, occasional delays due to weather conditions, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

HapHug LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. When shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please ensure that your address information is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
