What's Your Return Policy?

Here at HapHug, we are dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and if you experience any problems, we will do everything we can to help you.

 

We have a 14-day refund policy which means returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT have been OPENED and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Free shipping is provided for returns in cases where items are defective, damaged, or do not match the order description, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Please note that after the 14-day period, no returns or refunds will be accepted on any of our products.

What if I received a damaged product?

We're so sorry if you received a damaged product! We take every measure to ensure that your products are well-protected during transit, but occasionally damage does occur. If you have received a damaged item, please email us at sales.usa@haphug.com with your order number, the product SKU number, and pictures of the box and the damaged item. We'll work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

What if I received the wrong item or missing item?

We understand that it can be frustrating to receive an order that is not exactly what you were expecting. Whether you received the wrong item, or are missing something from your order, we want to help make things right.

 Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your package if there are any errors or discrepancies. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and get the correct items sent out to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process a return?

We will let you know as soon as we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, we'll process it right away and you should see the funds in your account within a few days. However, please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your refund to you as soon as possible.
