Forest Fruits Smoothie

Instructions

• Start by grinding the oatmeal into a fine powder using a blender or food processor. This will ensure that your smoothie has a smooth texture and that the oatmeal is fully integrated.
• Add a generous amount of each HapHug berry (blackberries, raspberries and blueberries) to the blender. The amount can be adjusted according to your preference for a stronger or milder berry flavor.
• Pour 200 ml of milk into the blender. You can use milk for a classic flavor or any milk you like, such as almond, coconut or oat milk for a plant-based option.
• Blend all ingredients at high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
• Taste the smoothie and adjust the amount of forest berries as needed. If you prefer it sweeter, consider adding a natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.
